What kind of products do you offer?

We specialize in high-quality 3D printed items, including fun flexi animals, decor, fidgets, and more. All products are printed in-house and made with care.

Are you licensed to sell these designs?

Yes! We are authorized sellers and hold the proper licenses to print and sell all the designs in our shop.

Who makes the items?

We do! Every item is 3D printed by us in our small home-based studio in the USA. You're supporting a small business with each order.

Can I request a specific animal not listed?

We’re always expanding our collection! Send us a message and we’ll let you know if it’s something we can create for you.

How can I contact you?

Orders & Processing

How long will it take to process my order?

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days unless it's a special order or during peak holidays.

Do you offer wholesale pricing?

Yes, we offer wholesale pricing. Reach out via our Contact Us page for order minimums and requirements.

Shipping

Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the United States only.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on current postage rates.

Will I get tracking information?

Yes, you’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Materials & Quality

What material do you use for 3D printing?

We primarily use a variation of PLA filaments including basic, silk, and matte from trusted sources. PLA is made from renewable resources and is more eco-friendly than traditional plastics. While it’s technically biodegradable in industrial composting facilities, it’s not compostable at home.

Are 3D printed items fragile?

Our prints are made with durability in mind, but like anything handmade, they should be handled with care—especially flexible or articulated designs.

Will my product look exactly like the photo?

We do our best to accurately represent each item, but slight variations can happen. Some products are made to order, while others are ready to ship—either way, the exact color may look a little different in person due to lighting, screen settings, or slight differences between filament batches. Rest assured, you're getting the same design, size, and quality you see in the photo—just with the natural uniqueness that comes from small-batch 3D printing!

Returns & Issues

What if something arrives damaged?

We do our best to pack everything securely, but if something arrives broken, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos and we’ll make it right.

Do you accept returns?

Yes, we do accept returns!
You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return. Please contact us first so we can approve and initiate the return process.

Once your return is approved, you’ll have 7 days to ship the item back to us. A tracking number is required, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our mistake (wrong item, defective, etc.).

When we receive your return, we’ll inspect the item. If it’s in its original, sellable condition, we’ll issue a refund minus the original shipping cost.
If the item is damaged, used, or not in sellable condition, we won’t be able to issue a refund.
