We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:

How to Start a Return
To initiate a return:

Once your return request is approved, you must ship the item back within 7 days.

You must provide us with the tracking number for your return shipment.

Items sent back to us without emailing first and receiving return authorization will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

If the item arrives in sellable condition, we will process your refund.

The refund will include the item price + tax, minus original shipping cost.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can assist you.
