Refund & Return Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.


Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition you received it

  • You must provide your receipt or proof of purchase


How to Start a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at getprintedaf@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery.

  2. Once your return request is approved, you must ship the item back within 7 days.

  3. You must provide us with the tracking number for your return shipment.

Items sent back to us without emailing first and receiving return authorization will not be accepted.


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • If the item arrives in sellable condition, we will process your refund.

  • The refund will include the item price + tax, minus original shipping cost.

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days.


Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can assist you.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalized orders

  • Gift cards


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, please initiate a return and place a separate order.
